AntivirusGT removal guide. How to uninstall Antivirus GT?
AntivirusGT a.k.a Antivirus GT (clone of Antivirus7, Antivir) is a rogue tool that is installed through the use of trojans. When AntivirusGT is installed it will be configured to start automatically when Windows starts. Once started it will scan your PC and will found numerous trojans on your computer, but will not allow you to remove them until you purchase “AntivirusGT”. The reality is that the “infections” it finds are legitimate applications that should not be removed.

Antivirus GT purposely uses fake alerts and false scan results as a method to scare you into purchasing the software. To sum up – Antivirus GT is a scam and should be treated as such: do not download or buy it!
You can get rid of AntivirusGT using Trojan Remover.
AntivirusGT automatical remover:
- Download the last version of Loaris Trojan Remover to clear (not infected) computer and install it
- Update the virus database
- Copy whole folder c:\Program Files\Loaris\Trojan Remover to your memory stick
- Rename “ltr.exe” to “iexplore.exe”
- Move memory stick to infected PC and run iexplore.exe from “Trojan Remover” folder
As you might have foreseen, AntivirusGT is not a lonely walker in the empty space. In contrary, it has multiple ties with other rogues so that complex malware removal is the best way to get rid of AntivirusGT. In addition, if you remove AntivirusGT automatically, you get life-time protection from malware aggression.

My father called me today to tell me that he had Antivirus GT on his computer and it would not let him on the internet with their popups unless he subscribed to their software. I tried to send him antivirus software by email for him to load into his system, but he was unable, and without my knowledge, he got frustrated and ended up paying $79.oo to have the software initiated. He was sent an email that told him how to set up the system and he went through the set up (unknown to me) and says that now he is able to get on line. Can you tell me if this trojan now has control of his computer, visa number and online banking accounts. I have tried to tell him, but he doesn’t seem to understand the problems he may have let himself in for. Again…a senior of little understanding of what may happen. I need to help him understand, and also I need more information on the ramifications of this trojan to help him.
Thanks in advance
